"CHALLENGES AND EXPERIENCES"

In ISNHS,there are many experience,lessons and problems that I encounter.I learn many in this school since first year until fourth year.i have many problems,like problem of my friends,family problems and others.

I have a problems of my friends but and all of these it is already solved.Problems of my family.This is my challenge.

I am very proud in studying in this school,ISNHS.

In moving on,I will study hard to become successful in life.

In subject T.L.E.,it is very interesting and very challenging.It is a subject that very enjoyable.I am very happy.

"BE HEALTHY"

It's a month of nutrition,it's a month of July and we must celebrate the month of nutrition.The success of every nation depends on the people's good health.
To become healthy,we must eat the right kind and amount of food.We must live on the free polluted environment and practice the sanitary hygiene at all times.Always wash our hands and make it necessary.Avoid the harmful smokes like tobacco or cigarettes.Lifestyle is very convinient,everything we must need is already and easily prepared.Always keep to our mind the three (3) group of foods,the body building,energy giving and the body regulating foods.Eats nutritious foods.Drink a lot of water,to give energy to the body to do its function well.Keep away from deadly lifestyle diseases.Follow the food pyramid to guide for our healthy lifestyle,strengthen our bones and muscles daily.
We must follow and eat the right kind of food to become healthy and fit all the time.

''SPEAKING ENGLISH OR FILIPINO"

We all know that English language is our national language.English or Filipino languages is very important and it also interesting to us,do you know why?,because this can help us to communicate easier to other people here in our country.Without this languages we cannot communicate or undertand the other people who are saying or talking.We need this two languages,because it is easy to us to applying jobs and others.
We must use this languages in the right way,and with kindness and love to other people.If we are not good in speaking English,we must need to nlearn more,so that we can use the English language in our life.
