"BE HEALTHY"

It's a month of nutrition,it's a month of July and we must celebrate the month of nutrition.The success of every nation depends on the people's good health.
To become healthy,we must eat the right kind and amount of food.We must live on the free polluted environment and practice the sanitary hygiene at all times.Always wash our hands and make it necessary.Avoid the harmful smokes like tobacco or cigarettes.Lifestyle is very convinient,everything we must need is already and easily prepared.Always keep to our mind the three (3) group of foods,the body building,energy giving and the body regulating foods.Eats nutritious foods.Drink a lot of water,to give energy to the body to do its function well.Keep away from deadly lifestyle diseases.Follow the food pyramid to guide for our healthy lifestyle,strengthen our bones and muscles daily.
We must follow and eat the right kind of food to become healthy and fit all the time.
